Following a recent half million pound extension and refurbishment project, Howe Keld offers modern, tasteful and spacious bed and breakfast accommodation in a deceptively large Guest House with 12 en suite bedrooms a stone's throw from both the pretty town centre of Keswick and Lake Derwentwater. Keswick is the main market town in the Northern Lake District and serves as a great departure point from which to explore this uniquely beautiful National Park.

David and Valerie have swept through with carpets made of Herdwick wool, local wood and slate, bedroom furniture made by a local craftsman and contemporary wallpapers and fabrics. There is a CAR PARK to the rear and secure storage for bikes in a locked garage. The car park is a little tight but works well for many guests. If you need help reversing David will don his car park attendants hat and offer assistance. He's been doing that for 19 years - and still smiling! There are also options to the front of Howe Keld.
