Howe Keld, situated in Keswick, is currently undergoing an exciting extension and refurbishment programme which will result in an even higher level of comfort and quality in the bedrooms and public areas. Work is due to be completed in Spring 2008.
Apart from existing single and double ensuites, in the extension we are creating four new spacious bedrooms each with bath and separate shower. We are also combining some existing bedrooms to create six beautifully appointed and larger ensuites. On the ground floor there will be a bright new spacious dining room and lounge/reception area where guests will be able to relax after a day exploring the Lake District. Disabled access will also be improved and New for next Season will be a ground floor en suite adapted for wheelchair use.
