Our standard doubles may be smaller in size, but they don’t miss out on the qualities of our other rooms. Both are situated on the second floor and face towards the lovely town of Keswick, with the single room having lovely views to the fells.

Room 14 – Standard Double 

Includes a king size bed (US Queen size) and 32 “ TV with freesat. The ensuite is compact with a small 600mm quadrant thermostatic mixer shower that provides a constant pressure water flow. Please note that the shower is fairly compact so may not suit everyone’s needs. Bedroom: 11.5 sq m. Bathroom; 2.2 sq m

Room 10 – Standard Single

Situated on the second floor with outstanding views of surrounding fells. It may be compact but includes a large flat screen TV, a comfy armchair, a brand new shower ensuite, and a small wardrobe. Bedroom: 8 sq m.  Bathroom: 3.4 sq m

Room 12 – Standard Double

Located on the second floor. With a king size bed (US Queen size), large ensuite and  Freeview TV. Bedroom: 13.7 sq m. Bathroom: 5.3 sq m
